欧拉安装宝塔等，报错Errors during downloading metadata for repository ‘OS‘

安装环境，如宝塔或者其他lnmp的时候，报错信息：

Errors during downloading metadata for repository 'OS':
  - Status code: 404 for https://dl-cdn.openeuler.openatom.cn/openEuler-22.09/OS/x86_64/repodata/repomd.xml (IP: 58.216.23.57)
Error: Failed to download metadata for repo 'OS': Cannot download repomd.xml: Cannot download repodata/repomd.xml: All mirrors were tried

说明是镜像地址不对，需要调整，位置：/etc/yum.repos.d

修改openEuler.repo
